This ESMO CPG update addresses the adoption of physical exercise in patients with localised colon cancer.?Recommendations are given for the participation of eligible patients in structured exercise programmes.?An ESMO-MCBS score is provided to describe the level of evidence for physical exercise adoption.?An updated algorithm for the adjuvant treatment of localised stage II and stage III colon cancer is provided.?Recommendations are based on available scientific data and the authors? collective expert opinion.
