The mRNA vaccine approval studies excluded recipients of immunosuppressive therapy raising concerns among the oncology community. Herein, we assessed the effects of active treatments on safety and immunogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA-BNT162b2 vaccine in patients with solid malignancies.
