There is significant cost both to the individual and to society from being an adolescent and young adult cancer survivor. We are at the beginning of a journey to understand how to provide a bespoke, cost‐effective, adaptive surveillance strategy that enables health providers and empowers adolescent and young adult cancer survivors to live and live well.
