Cet article passe en revue les résultats d'essais cliniques d'inhibiteurs de point de contrôle immunitaire (ICI) pour traiter un cancer du poumon non à petites cellules résécable, analyse le rôle des approches multiomiques dans l'identification des mécanismes de résistance aux ICIs puis examine la pertinence d'une approche multidisciplinaire et translationnelle pour améliorer la stratification des patients ainsi que la sélection et l'efficacité des immunothérapies
Immunotherapy has revolutionized the treatment of early-stage non–small cell lung cancer; yet many patients fail to achieve long-lasting benefit, partially because of incomplete or inconsistent biomarker predictions. Integrative multiomics, combining tumor-intrinsic, immune microenvironment, and systemic factors, offer a more comprehensive framework for precision immunotherapy, enabling improved patient stratification, treatment selection and outcomes.
