Cet article présente les recommandations de l'"European Society for Medical Oncology" concernant le diagnostic, traitement et le suivi d'un lymphome

The treatment landscape for many lymphoma entities continues to evolve rapidly, with multiple recent approvals of novel non-chemotherapy (ChT)-based approaches. The following Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) provides an overview of the current management landscape for the seven most common systemic diseases [i.e. diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) (excluding nodular lymphocyte-predominant HL) and nodal peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL)]. Evidence-based recommendations and therapeutic algorithms are provided for each entity.
